How billing works
- Setup fee: charged once, today. It covers onboarding, planning and building your website.
- Monthly plan: Your first month starts on the day you buy and covers onboarding and initial development. Renews automatically every month until you cancel.
- Cancelling: Cancel anytime from your billing portal or by email. No cancellation fee. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you have paid for, and no further charges are made after that.
- Your website files: you have 15 calendar days after your plan ends to request an export of your transferable website files.
- Taxes and extras: Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable sales tax. Third-party costs such as domain names, premium plugins, stock media, ad spend and AI or API usage are not included unless stated; they are disclosed in advance and billed at cost.
- Dominator and Enterprise: Dominator and Enterprise scope, setup fee and any add-ons (such as PPC management or AI phone answering) are agreed in a written proposal before you buy.

Pricing questions
Is there a contract?
No annual contract and no minimum term. Plans are month-to-month and renew automatically each month until you cancel.
Are there setup fees?
Starter has a one-time $199 setup fee and Growth a one-time $299 setup fee. They cover onboarding, planning and building your website. Dominator and Enterprise setup is quoted after a consultation.
What do I pay today?
For Starter and Growth you pay the setup fee plus your first month today (Starter $298, Growth $448, plus any sales tax). After that you pay the monthly price.
When does my first month start?
On the day you buy. The first month covers onboarding and the initial development of your website.
How do I cancel?
From your secure billing portal or by emailing info@spartadesign360.com. There is no cancellation fee. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you have already paid for, and nothing more is charged after that.
What happens to my website if I cancel?
You have 15 calendar days after your plan ends to request an export of your transferable website files. Live hosting and maintenance stop when the plan ends.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Contact us and we will move you to the plan that fits. Changes apply from your next billing date.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe's secure checkout. We never see or store your card details.
