Terms of Service

By accessing or using SpartaDesign360 website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. About SpartaDesign360
SpartaDesign360 is a brand operated by Sparta Media Solutions LLC, a Michigan-based LLC. We provide digital agency services including website design, SEO, content creation, branding, social media management, digital marketing and AI-powered phone answering services.
2. Services
SpartaDesign360 provides custom digital services on a project or retainer basis. All services are subject to a separate project agreement outlining specific scope, timeline and pricing. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.
3. Payments and Billing
All fees are quoted in US Dollars. We accept Stripe (all major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and PayPal. All packages are on an annual contract billed monthly. Late payments may result in service suspension.
4. Cancellation Policy
All packages are on an annual contract. You may cancel at any time by emailing info@spartadesign360.com with 30 days notice. There is no termination fee and no hidden fees. We will confirm cancellation within 2 business days.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you provide. Upon receipt of full payment, all custom deliverables become your property. Our internal processes, templates and proprietary tools remain the intellectual property of SpartaDesign360 and Sparta Media Solutions LLC.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpartaDesign360 and Sparta Media Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Michigan.
