Arcus Health: From Generic Medical Content to Gulf Premium Brand
A Gulf healthcare provider's social media looked like every other clinic online. We changed the photography, typography, and colour system and their following grew by 12,000 in the first month.

Arcus Health came to us with a social media presence that was undermining the quality of their clinical work. The posts were functional they communicated events, services, and health tips but visually they looked like generic medical stock content. Clipart-style icons, bright blue gradients, and inconsistent typography made the brand feel interchangeable with hundreds of other health accounts.
The problem was not awareness. Arcus Health had a growing following. The problem was trust. In healthcare, the visual presentation of a brand is a proxy for clinical credibility. If the content looks amateur, the provider looks amateur regardless of how good the actual care is.
What We Changed
The rebrand started with a photography strategy. We moved away from stock imagery entirely, replacing it with warm, editorial-style photography that reflected the demographic Arcus Health actually serves. Warm tones, natural light, and imagery that centres the patient experience rather than medical equipment.
Typography moved from multiple inconsistent fonts to a single, authoritative serif headline paired with a clean sans-serif for body text. The result is a feed that feels like a premium health publication rather than a clinic flyer.
Colour moved from bright clinical blue to a deep navy and warm cream palette professional, trustworthy, and distinctly premium within the Gulf health market.
The Results
Within the first month following the rebrand, Arcus Health's Instagram following grew by over 12,000 an increase they attributed directly to improved content quality and the visual consistency that made the account worth following.
The Takeaway
In healthcare, perception is not a vanity metric. It is a conversion metric. The visual quality of your brand signals the quality of your care before a patient ever walks through your door.
